Martin is the principle co-founder and CEO of Crimson Bear Associates, and specializes in providing expertise in the life sciences. He is a stem cell researcher at Boston Children's Hospital/Harvard Medical School, and previously worked in organic chemistry/chemical biology and cardiothoracic surgery research. Martin earned a Sc.B. in Chemistry with honors from Brown University in 2023.

Juliette is the Chief Marketing Officer of Crimson Bear Associates, handling the visual and creative aspects of the firm. She is a marketing specialist, holding certification from the Association of National Advertisers, and works with current college applicants to consult on their applications to fulfill her passion for equity in higher education. Juliette earned a B.A. in Literary Arts with honors in Creative Writing and a certificate in Entrepreneurship from Brown University in 2023.

Drew is co-founder and CFO of Crimson Bear Associates, and is responsible for financial accounting and planning. Drew will graduate with a Sc.B. in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown University in 2024. At Brown, he also works as the CIO in the Brown Healthcare Investment Group, Senior Staff Writer for the Intercollegiate Finance Journal, and does economic research.

Makayla is pursuing her Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering at Brown University with an expected graduation date of 2024. She specializes in medical devices.

Brian is pursuing his Bachelor's of Science in Applied Mathematics-Economics at Brown University with an expected graduation of 2026.

William is pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Applied Mathematics-Economics at Brown University with an expected graduation of 2027.

Austin is pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science-Economics and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship at Brown University with an expected graduation of 2027.

Michael is pursuing his Bachelor's of Science in Molecular Engineering at the University of Chicago with an expected graduation of 2027.
